I use Newts Cape on a regular basis to 'quickly' convert books
written for 1x0 and/or with small print to 2100 size using casual
font in an easy to read size, without losing formatting or table of
contents.
It also will connect to your personal web sharing Mac ( and probably
PC) for document or package transfer.
It is worth the registration fee and the author is still a
contributing member of this list, though it has been months since he
last posted.
