Hi Dan,
I've had success syncing my Intel mac with nSync over bluetooth with a
Pico card, as well as 'net connectivity using PPP over bluetooth.
The Wiki should have info, failing that take a look at the list
archives for the HOWTO I was sent to (can't recall it offhand, wasn't
long ago).
