Wow! Thanks for that link. Very interesting. And I think you're right:
the rhythm and consistency of form seems to be key. But I suspect that one
of the reasons I find it so easy to maintain such easily recognized rhythm
and consistency is all that penmanship training. I guess you could say that
because of those early years, even my appalling "chicken-scratching" is
rhythmic and consistent.
