Hello Matt, not sure about the battery. The NCU thing is very likely due to
the slowdown issue. Easy enough to fix though, just get the program
slowdown.exe. You might have to run a couple of instances of it depending on
how fast your computer is. Let me know if you can't find it, I will throw it
up on my server for you to download
