Great story, glad that worked for you. I worked for a few years as an Apple
tech/PC tech, and I have to agree, prayer and desperation can sometimes be
more effective than any tool in my arsenal. Also, sometimes applied science
(ie, smacking it on the head) will fix intermittent issues. :)
