[NTLK] How to start clean

I know this sounds lame, but I have never done this before and I don't want
to loose anything. My 2100 is just about out of memory. I have heard that
MailV can "steal" some. I want to clean everything out and start over, and
see how much my free memory number changes.

Here is the stupid noobie question: If I do a full backup to a flash card,
then clear memory per instructions on UNNA, then restore that backup, will
I get everything back? Packages? In/Out box? Avi's Backdrop?
