I have an mpg post of jaggies at

www dot ispinn dot com slash jaggies

Of the many proposed theories I still favor the one about it being
pressure from the bezel on the touch screen that causes the jaggies.

The front plastic bezel is very thin, and easily deformed over time.
It will not remain straight and its center will bend toward the screen
over time, however slight that may be. Pressure of the hand on the
thin bezel slowly bends the plastic to the point that plastic
intermittantly touches the touch screen, or particles between the
inside bezel's edge and the touch screen are wreaking havoc on the
touch screen's ability to accurately detect the location of the stylus
on the screen.

My experience has been that they'll appear and disappear at random
times. Only cutting down the inside bezel seems to eliminate them
completely and (hopefully) permanently, but only time will tell.
