Thanks for the gentle correction Nethopper not Webhopper.
I am able to download packages with Nethopper. just tested it on Ed'
site <http://www.tek-ed.com/>
I have Nethopper 3.2, NetHopper Scheduler and Note2Net from Allpen
and NethopperJPEG.pkg, ZNHPatch.pkg(possibly the one you need) and
NHCharsets.pkg from Daniel Padilla's site
<http://dev.newtontalk.net/~dpadilla/progs.htm>
  NetHopper is fussy about having all its parts and extensions on
the same storage device.
