I suspect that a Brainwipe (hard reset) is going to be your only
solution.
To make this as painless as possible, make an 'information only'
backup to a card.
Then move all other packages and extensions to that card. Hopefully
you have eeUnprotect installed.
Remove the card and perform the hard reset.
When the reset is complete and the initial setup is initiated, insert
the card and restore. If any of the information files are related to
that package unselect them.
Check the storage folder to make sure the related stores are gone.
Move everything back to the internal store and check memory
information, try to keep 25% to 30% free.
