I would consider a chronic problem of "1~2 months shipping delays" to
warrant a label of "notorious." But 8 months is "criminal."

I was in a major car accident in September 2006 where I nearly lost my life.
I am still in chronic pain from that accident, but thankfully God spared me.
Even then I was communicating with most people I had obligations with,
within 14 days of that accident. There are phones by one's hospital bed.
And unless one is in a continual coma, it is possible to pick up that phone.
I say all this as someone who hasn't even purchase from the man!
