just my vote:
the easier the better -
1] since a Newton sourceforge "site" exists use it, otherwise
GoogleCode, _with_a_link_ from UNNA & the FAQ to whichever place is
chosen;
2] go with the license Avi prefers, and if he says it can be
different, then pick the simplest to implement...
