[NTLK] HTML to Newton Book?

Hey All..I ran across a website that has a bunch of Restaurants w/ Weight
Watchers point values. They are broken down into HTML files.. is there an
easy way to convert this into a Newton Book? I'd like to have a TOC with
Restaurants broken down by the first letter in the name...
