I believe you're looking for the 'newtwork.pkg' file on UNNA (it tries
to hide among all the add-ons):

The MessagePad 2100 all have 2.1, but you can verify by restarting
your Newton (tap the soft-reset button on the back, when you don't
have anything important open) as it says the version number only at
boot.
