[NTLK] Getting Nethopper to work on Einstein Platform

I've downloaded and installed all of the Nethopper files from unna.org:
NetHopper_3.2_User's_Guide.pdf
nethopper.pkg
NetHopperJPEG.pkg
nhscheduler.pkg
note2net.pkg

I got an error (-3000) on nethopper.pkg but it is in place and
running. As well I cannot install over it nor have I figured out how
to delete installed packages short of trashig the internal.flash file.

So, I try to run Nethopper and it tells me that it needs the 'http
protocol plugin' and points me to the Allpen site at:

http://www.allpen.com/plugin which gets a 404 Not Found.

I searched on unna.org and came up empty. Where oh where can I find
this plugin?
