Hello all,

I am mainly a reader and non-participant as my experience is limited and programming skills are nil. Therefore, my contributions have not been vast by any measure and close to zero. I piped in a few years back when it came to wireless after I was assisted greatly onlist and off by man individuals. Recently ordered Pico bluetooth and an upgraded battery pack so I am not out of the game yet. Though, at the ripe young age of 43, I am trying to simplify/clean up my act. Which means I have a Newton MP 130 in search of a good home. I may eventually put it up on eBay but thought it best for the device to try the list first. As far as I can tell, it is stock. I purchased it some time ago from eBay amongst other things and other auctions and would put together the following whole or piecmeal:

Apple Newton MessagePad 130 - screen and backlight are in great condition - no mars or scratches at all. Outer case shows little to no wear - I have not used it since its purchase which was maybe 3 years ago.

MessagePad Charging Station - the one for the MP130 - it is also in great shape and includes the original box, the 7.0 volt Newton Power Adapter (brick style meaning not the accessory one that has the fold out tongs), the 4 AA battery pack that fits in both the MP130 and charging station (it holds a charge but if I recall, just less than two hours), the charging station itself - it was dusty, but I cleaned it and tested it - successful charging of the cradled unit as well as the batt pack in the cradle separately and both a unit and batt pack simultaneously, and MACICALLY, the long stylus that originally came with the charging station with an intact tip! Lastly, the two four page product pamphlets for the batt pack and charging station.

Thanks for reading.

I was not a Mac guy in my younger years but have since converted. A Power Macintosh 6500 model M3548 (which indicates that the processor is 275MHz?) came into my hands three months ago. Along with it, an Apple Color Stylus (2500 I think - in a box a the moment) and software (Adobe Photoshop and QuarkExpress) also in boxes. When I first received it, I hooked it all up and fired it up - everything seemed to work fine. Original Keyboard and Mouse (nice button action the keyboard compared to many of today's doodie. I shut it down and school started (I'm a teacher). I thought I might have it interact with my MP2000, but no time to do so and I am offering it hear for anyone that would like to add it to their museum, trade, buy or just meet me somewhere around NYC to take off my hands.

Sorry it was long - just wanted to be thorough.

I would suggest your respond off line,

Dana
