Firstly, while your AirPort is configured to "Connect Using:
'Ethernet'", it has a self-assigned IP address (169.254.239.28) which
means it's not actually on the Internet.

You mention that you're now using ADSL as opposed to Cable. Does your
ADSL supplier require PPPoE? If so, try switching "Connect Using:" to
"PPPoE", entering the correct credentials, saving the AirPort
settings, and seeing if that helps.

Are the other computers on the network configured to connect via
ethernet through your AirPort or are they configured for PPPoE?
