I can't see much wrong with the set up you posted, other than maybe sharing 1 IP: won't that conflict if you have 2 or more devices connected?

Make sure your set up on your Newton is correct: check your owner slip and your internet set up configuration to ensure you have all the settings correct. If you have 1 IP address, try entering that into the Newton, etc.
