[NTLK] software identification

I have found a file that I cannot determine what package it belongs to.
The file is
France:DONUT

Using Newtcase I can see it says copyright 1997-1998 Foundation
Systems. A check with Adam Tow did not shed any light on it.

Does anyone know what this file is and what it belongs to?
