[NTLK] Newton 2000 issues

Greetings, All:
       I'm hoping that someone else out there can shed light, perhaps 
from having had a similar experience, on some quirks my 2000 has 
developed.  They are:
1.)  The unit will power off occasionally and requires a reset via the 
button in the back to make it restart.  This has happened several times, 
usually when I'm attempting to fax something.
2.)  The upper PC card slot stopped working.  It worked fine when I 
bought the unit around 9/1/20, biut now does not.  I can get any of my 
three PC cards to work in the lower slot, but not in the upper one.  
This began maybe two weeks ago, with no cause that I can attribute it to.

     Thanks in advance for any light that you may be able to shed on my 
situation.
