This was useful for us downunder because we use a different tone on our
telephone systems.  When a phone call is made its possible to have the dialtones
come through the speaker and a handset can be held against it to pick up the
tones; saves tapping out the number.  LocFix changed the tones so that they work
in Australia and New Zealand.
