And, I didn't look hard enough on UNNA.org either.
<http://www.unna.org/view.php?/macos/NewtonDILTester> already existed
and contained the Mac PPC download. I've added the source code to that
directory.

I've also added
<http://www.unna.org/view.php?/windows/NewtonDILTester> with the
Windows version & another copy of the source code, plus
<http://www.unna.org/view.php?/macos/MacPKGFixer> containing his PKG
creator code fixer.
