I missed a driver?! Oh frack, that sucks! I had built those bootstrap lenders back in 2010 and tried to load as many Ethernet drivers as I could find. 

I'll look around for a spare card and I will see if I can fix you up. Otherwise, you can do the one week turn around deal,  if you want to mail your card to me again. I'll even throw in a secret (Newton related) gift for you, too :-)
