[NTLK] Docking

"z3ComDrv:cli" is a Newton* Extension*.

It appears in the Extras Folder All Icons or Extensions when the
package *3comaddons.pkg
*is properly installed.

When the 3comaddons.pkg is installed the Megahertz 589 option will be
available.
