[NTLK] No screen Input?

James, doesn't it seem like "the guy who repaired it" hasn't and needs to
do some more work?

I don't know where all you've been with this but have you tried taking the
battery pack out, with no power what-so-ever, and just letting the MP sit
for a day or so? You might want to hold in the reset after removing all
power and again before you reinstall the battery pack/hook up the AC
adapter. FWIW.
