[NTLK] Newton Connection Apps

Hello Simon 
                        Newton Connection Kit v1.0 supported sync for Newton OS v1.x devices, but the MP130 was a Newton os v2.0 device, however NCK v 2.0 never delivered on the sync. I do not believe NCU v1.0 ever delivered on the sync also.
