[NTLK] Do upgrades eliminate the typing delay on eMates?

Hi all -
I figured I'd get my newbie questions in while I still can. Do eMate
upgrades - like the mysterious 4MB upgrade board, or a hardware overclock -
eliminate the delay between typing something on the keyboard, and having it
appear on the screen? I doubt I have either the budget or the DIY skill to
do either upgrade, but still it's hard to get used to the typing delay.
