[NTLK] Do upgrades eliminate the typing delay on eMates?

A overclock would, but the 4mb board won't as that is only a memory
upgrade not a speed upgrade.   The board is a easy plug in deal (if you
can find one, that is the hard part).  The overclock is much more
involved as you mentioned.
