If the informations in your I/O box are not so important than you can
simply delete the IO soup in the storage. It will re-appear immediatly
and you'll be fine. I had this sort of error too and think it happens
with to big mails or websites, stored from LunaSuite in the In box. Or
may be you did put something crappy into the out box...
