Problem is the standard acoustic coupler, e.g. Konnex, has not only the
speaker and mic ends but also a 9-volt battery in the body (to drive the
speaker I assume). So to make a body that holds the battery and reaches
both ends and is sturdy probably means it can't be too feathery.
