Quickport will do what you need. It requires a terminal program (I use
Claris/Apple Works) on the receiving end. For outline levels, it indents
using tabs. Not as elegant as NCU's RTF export, but it does keep a
heirachal view. I think you can still get it at:
<ftp://ftp.eecs.wsu.edu/pub/newton/>. There used to be a bunch of stuff by
the now-defunt Power Pen software site. I hope it's still there.
