The software is called Cadenza, and it's available free from Commontime
(www.commontime.com). I've used it with my UMP2K and a PC, and it worked
pretty well. I had some problems with overdue tasks not carrying over
correctly from Notes to the Newton unless I made sure to sync only today and
forward (not syncing past dates).
One really nice thing about Cadenza is that you can set it up as a server on
your Notes client machine, which lets me sync my Newton with my PC over
Ethernet.
