I have noticed this too - I can go through the pen realignment, and within
minutes it is back to the same misalignment. I try to live with it,
although with really small buttons like One Tap Scroller's it is maddening.
Can anyone say whether the fix-o-rama from Apple Memphis/ECPRC gets rid of
this?
