Until Heiko uploads the impioved version of netTime, I have found a temporary solution which soems to work:
All you huvc to do is to execute a line of newtonscript. This can be done from e.g., the NTK Inspector, Viewframe or Steve Weyer's excellent Newtdevenv.
All you have to do is:
SetUserConfig('|nettime:dts|,true);
Now after executing this you can open nettime and you should see the Autosync option checked. This at least Worked for me.
