I had a 120 with this stubborn switch-on behaviour too. It was mainly
caused by a dead accu as I left it 4 weeks unconnected to the mains. And
I found that its power switch is also somewhat unreliable. After
replacing the original NiCd accus (2 dead ones) with 4 NiMH cells the
unit came back to live. I could have a look onto your unit if you don't
mind to send it to Switzerland and pay the S&H.
