This is the eMate's (only) way of communicating that there was
a problem during the memory test at power-up. If you have a memory
expansion module, pull it out and see if it gets better. If it does,
the module has failed. If it doesn't, or if you don't have the memory
expansion, your eMate is, unfortunately, toast. There is nothing to
be done but send it in for repair.
