Take a look at Thorsten Lange's WittyKeys (http://people.freenet.de/
thorsten_lange/wk_e.html) which lets you define keyboard shortcuts. I
believe you can't redefine "Send" (etc.) as such, but only in combination
with the command key. I use command-option-A for launching AddressAccess,
command-option-W for Works etc..
