NTLK eMate docking problem

Any idea why I can't do a standard AppleTalk dock with my new eMate? I
noticed that there's not a AppleTalk option under Prefs where I make the
settings on my MP2.1K... It just sits there and looks for my desktop
machine forever... Ideas?
