Huh?
The quicktake 150 and 200 both use a standard JPEG compression codec that
is supported by all revisions of Quicktime beginning with QT 2.0.
I don't recommend using the Quicktake software on OS9 because it's
rickety, and if you are doing lots of work with photos (like I do), you
don't appreciate the software taking down yer whole system all the time.
The best way to get the images from Quicktake 200 to a Mac (or a PC for
that matter) is to use a SmartCard to USB adapter. Then you don't need
those old extensions.
For the 150... well... I seriously think you should get a new camera.
