This also happened to me recently. My 32 MB Card still had about 5 MB left when I get this message, especially when I'm downloading mails. My filters were set to download only mails 10 K and less so large mails or attachments were not the problem.
Anyone else had this occur. The Slip says something like: The process cannot continue because the Internal Storage or Card is full.
Yes, a Card erase and restore not only do wonders in speed but you'll also notice a big recovery of storage, especially my 32 MB Card. Those with huge Cards that is plagued by the -10061 error should do this procedure.
