So, a friend that has a 20000 asked me for some of the
PKGs that I have on my Newt...I thought I would upload
them to a short and sweet webpage, then my friend
would just browse to the website and they could just
install the pkg over the internet!

But it doesn't happen! Why? I've done it on other
websites, why can't I get it to happen?
An error comes back with a message that says something
about an "octet plugin" or something kooky like that!
We both run NetHopper 3.2

Is there a MIME I need to set on the server or
something?

I think I remember seeing something like that, but I
can't be sure.
