Yes, see Attachments.
Edit the 1st file to put an "Enabled" just for the COMport you're using,
then doubleclick it to import it into the registry. Do not open the NCU
preferences page with the port and speed assignment after that, or NCU
will reset the speed to max. 38400.
The 2nd file is what this registry branch looked like here originally.
