Karen,
That's exactly the modem I'm using in my 2100. It is fully compatible with the 2x00. It doesn't need any driver to be installed, I just use the "Megahertz Cruise 28.8" setting and it
works fine.
I don't have any experience with Aloha, though. I've used this modem to fax and connect to my ISP using Newton Internet Enabler 2.0 and it has always worked flawlessly.
