Has anyone heard any rumblings about progress in hacking a Newton driver
for an Apple Airport compatible pc card(i.e. WaveLan)?. For that matter any
of the other wireless LAN cards out there. This would terrific but the
gentleman in Japan who is said to be planning this has not updated his info
on the project in quite some time.

Anyone else working on this or have the skills to do so? I feel this would
be a major coup for the Newton community and seems possible because of the
old Proxim wireless driver that's been floating around. It was based on a
hack of the Farallon ethernet card driver, is this not possible for the
WaveLan?
