It probably doesn't even fit, even if the Newton did support it. It's
probably a type III card, meaning that it's as thick as two type II cards
which are what fit in the Newton.

It's nice to have - but only on notebooks and not on Newtons - sorry.
It's an ATA device and NOS in any flavour does not support them. Only
Linear flash memory qualifies.
