Actually, I thought that there was permission of the author, I'm familiar
with the right to use material as quotes as well, but in this case I don't
think that that would hold, as far as I can see the whole site is these
pictures, disqualifying it as "just" quoted material.

I agree, I would like it that way if I were the author as well, either way,
like I said in my first posting, always try to contact the author, even if
it's legally quoted material, just plain decency.
