Thanks for the advice. I have looked at all the models to see which would
best suit me. 1.x OS Newts are out of the question due to the legendarily
(is that a word?) shoddy HWR. The 130/2x00 models look great, though the
2x00 may be too costly. The eMate looks good, but I would prefer primarily
pen-based writing for jotting down notes. Carrying a mainly KB-based unit
of that size basically negates my purpose for a Newt (replacing bulky paper
notebooks). Besides, $300 is WAY out of my budget at the moment. Why can't
I just win the lotto? :)
