In the FAQ; on a MP2x00, keep holding down the power switch and hit the
reset button. You'll get a prompt asking if you really want to blow your
data away. Oh - it is wise to remove your storage cards before you attempt
this operation. I blew away a 4 MB 5/5V card once.
