To be honest, I must agree with blind wolf here.
If that guy has breached any copyright or patent etc by trying to pass off
technology as his own, then that is the affair of the person who owns the
rights etc,
If he is trying to sell a Newton for if I remember $1000, then good luck to
him if he finds any takers. If his product is dodgy then sue him or DO NOT
GO TO EBAY.
The point is CAVEAT EMPTOR.
No one is twisting our arms here to do business with him
I too find this catty bitchy behaviour somewhat unpleasant
