| Does anyone know how you can do this with a mp2000?
MP2000 and MP2100 do not have useful batteries in them. They will retain
their settings without power indefinitely because that information is
stored in flash RAM, not static RAM. In practice, I have had an MP120
without power for over a year and an MP2100 without power for four months,
and neither lost anything stored in them.
