[NTLK] AW: Memory fault in 2100

The "faulty board" is in fact the complete logic board.
The little "sandwich board" you can see if the Newt is opened contains the System-ROM.
The 4M upgrade is to replace the 1M memory chips, which are soldered on the logic board, with 4M.

Johannes

Betreff: [NTLK] Memory fault in 2100

Hi all,
I've just bought a 2100 original on ebay. It's arrived but it seems to have a
faulty memory board. I only have the 1M of dram showing in the memory info.

If I purchase the 4M upgrade from pixsolutions can I 'swap out' the faulty
board?

All the best

Matthew
